The CEO of Sirtified Perfume and More, Femi Adetayo Olowookere, has joined other business owners in the world to commemorate the annual Customer Service Week for the year 2025, embracing the global theme “Mission: Possible” to reaffirm his unwavering commitment to making the impossible possible for his customers across Africa and beyond.
Every year, Customer Service Week celebrates the vital role of service excellence and customer engagement, and Sirtified perfume and more, joins the rest of the world to mark the event.
Speaking on Thursday at his outlet in the Trade Fair Complex along the Lagos-Badagry expressway, Temitayo said that Sirtified perfume prides itself on being customer-centric and does all it can to ensure the satisfaction of its customers across all touchpoints. He also spoke about the essence of wearing perfume and the commensurate value it would accordingly add.
“To all those who have been patronising us at Sirtified perfume and more, we say thank you, and we cherish our symbiotic relationship and collaboration. Rest assured, we won’t disappoint you. And for all lovers of perfumes, I say your decision is on point and you surely will get value for your money. Perfume has been an essential component of human civilisation for ages, transcending time, culture, and country. From ancient Egyptian rituals to modern fashion statements, fragrance has long captivated the human senses. But why is scent so crucial in our daily lives? What elevates it from a luxury to a need for many? The truth remains that it’s an essential part of personal expression, identity, and well-being.
“One of the most convincing reasons for using perfume is its psychological benefits. Scent has a strong influence on our emotions, memories, and overall mental health. Certain fragrances might trigger memories of loved ones, memorable anniversaries, or even childhood times, resulting in an intensely personal emotional connection.
“Furthermore, fragrance has an essential effect on mood regulation. A breath of lavender can soothe anxiety, whereas citrus tones can excite and energise. The appropriate smell can enhance confidence, reduce tension, and improve concentration. Perfume’s emotional and psychological influence makes it an indispensable tool for negotiating the complexity of daily life.
“Perfume serves as an extension of one’s personal identity. Our fragrance preferences, like our dress, haircut, and accessories, represent who we are. A trademark perfume can become an essential component of one’s personal brand, making an indelible impression on others. It communicates personality, emotions, and even aspirations without using words. Those who have been meeting and patronising us at Shop A94, Akwa Ibom plaza (upstairs) inside Trade Fair Complex along Lagos-Badagry do have an awesome experience with us, and I make bold to say we won’t rest on our oars but to continue to offer our best and satisfy our teeming customers.
“Some people use scent to convey their originality and personality. The limitless combinations of top, middle, and base notes allow for a bespoke fragrance experience that is unique to each person. Whether one prefers a flowery, woody, oriental, or fresh perfume, the decision is extremely personal and reflects one’s inner self. On this note I say growth results from synergy of all the dedication put together. On the occasion of Customer Service Week, from all of us at Sirtified perfume and more, we extend a heartfelt thank you to all our customers, thank you for your patronage and rest assured, we would never disappoint you. God bless you all”, Temitayo stated.
