    GOtv Boxing Night 32: Fans To win GOtv Decoders

    Flykite Productions, organizers of the highly anticipated GOtv Boxing Night, have announced that fans attending the event will have the chance to win GOtv decoders at the venue.

    Themed “Boxing Jamz Music,” the event set to take place at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, on December 26, will feature boxing bouts, alongside live performances by celebrated music stars Mayorku, Styl Plus, YKB, and star comedian, MC Lively.

    Flykite Productions explained that fans would win decoders through raffle draws that would be held between bouts.

    “Fans at the venue, regardless of the ticket category, stand an equal chance of winning a GOtv decoder. Entry ticket numbers will be used to conduct the draws, and winners will be announced during the event,” the organisers said.

    Top-tier boxing bouts include the national super welterweight title fight between Lateef “Enuoshe” Azeez and Rasheed “Fally Boy” Adeyemo, the much-anticipated light welterweight clash between Raheem “Badoo” Animashaun and Hammed “Ese” Ganiyu.

    In the other bouts, Sikiru “Omo Iya Eleja” Shogbesan will square up against Imole “System” Oloyede in a thrilling national super featherweight challenge; Akintunde Abolade will face Emmanuel Abimbola in the national super flyweight category; Taiwo “Gentle Boy” Olowu will confront Jafaru “Tanka” Suleiman in a national super welterweight challenge, while Kehinde Owoeye and Emmanuel Bamidele will face-off in the amateur flyweight category.

    GOtv Boxing Night 32 is organised by Flykite Productions and proudly sponsored by GOtv.

    Flykite Productions, organizers of the GOtv Boxing Night, have announced that the ace R&B group, Style Plus, will perform live at the 32nd edition of the event, scheduled for December 26 at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos.

    The night will also feature a blend of thrilling boxing action and premium entertainment, with live performances by Afrobeats stars, Mayorkun and YKB, as well as a comedy session by the popular MC Lively.

    Speaking about the entertainment lineup, Bamidele Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Flykite Productions, said the inclusion of Style Plus is aimed at elevating the experience for fans. “GOtv Boxing Night is a unique mix of sport and entertainment. Adding Style Plus to the lineup ensures that attendees enjoy an unforgettable evening of music, laughter, and boxing excitement,” he said.

    Style Plus, best known for their 2006 hit track “Olufunmi”, remains one of Nigeria’s most beloved musical groups, with their timeless songs continuing to resonate with audiences across generations.

    GOtv Boxing Night 32: Mayorkun, YKB, MC Lively to Perform Live

    Award-winning Afrobeats artist, Mayorkun; rising star, YKB, and ace comedian, MC Lively are billed to perform live at GOtv Boxing Night 32, which will be held at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, on 26 December. 

    This was contained in a statement by the event organisers, Flykite Productions. The event, tagged “Boxing Jamz Music,”  is a fusion of music and sport, as it will feature six boxing bouts.

    According to Flykite Productions, the event’s objective is to provide end-of-the-year fun for music and boxing fans all in one space. 

    “It is a party under the Lagos skies. It is a big party. We will give the fans a mind-blowing package of entertainment and sports as part of their festive season fun. We have Mayorkun, YKB and the incredibly hilarious MC Lively in the line-up. This is the first time we’re adding comedy to the lineup, and we’re hoping it’s going to be a memorable experience for everyone in attendance,” said Bamidele Johnson, Chief Operating Officer of Flykite Productions. 

    Past editions of the show featured top artists like Burna Boy, Teni, and 9ice. Mayorkun, famous for hits like Eleko and Let Me Know and winner of the 2018 Headies Next Rated Award, will take the stage alongside YKB, the rising star behind the song San Siro featuring Joeboy. Adding a fresh twist, the hilarious MC Lively will bring comedy into the mix.
