Bello Rabiu, Babs Omotowa have resigned from Seplat Energy’s Board with immediate effect. This was communicated in a release sent to the Nigerian Exchange Group. The resignation follows their recent appointments to the Board of NNPC Limited by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
Until their resignation, Mr. Bello Rabiu was an Senior Independent Non-Executive Director (“SINED”) and Mr. Babs Omotowa was Independent Non-Executive Director (“INED”).
