Organisers of the Lagos Multi-Sector Trade Fair have rescheduled the annual trade show citing certain situations beyond its control and global developments impacting the local economy.
The event earlier slated for April 2-4, 2026, has been shifted as a new date to be announced in the coming weeks.
The venue remains De Blue Roof Events Centre Lateef Jakande Rd., Agidingbi, Ikeja.
According to Olajide Ige, the Team Lead of the event’s organising committee, the postponement was as a result of consultations with partners and sponsors; including developments at the global stage and its effects on local businesses.
“However, this shift also allows us the opportunity to repackage certain components of the Fair to offer better business opportunities for sponsors, participants, investors, and visitors.”
He maintained that the Lagos Multihsector Trade Fair will not deviate from its main objectives of promoting economic growth and development, creating an ideal platform for businesses to network and explore opportunities as well as providing a strong support base for MSMEs and entrepreneurs by attracting investments and fostering partnerships aside just showcasing products and services across the various sectors to achieve the overall aim of boosting economic activity, create opportunities, and stimulate growth in Lagos and beyond.
Ige announced that more innovations and benefits for participants and investors will be revealed soon and assured that existing commitments to partners remain, and new partnerships are welcome.
