The Edo Command of The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has uncovered and destroyed two hectares of cannabis farm in the state.
According to Mr Buba Wakawa, the State Commander of the Agency, he disclosed this on Wednesday to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Benin.
The commander made it known that the farms located in Ovia North East and Etsako West Local Government areas were estimated to yield 248,088kg of cannabis plants.
Mr Wakawa said, the command had seized 452.36kg of substance suspected to be cannabis also Tramadol and Diazepam tablets.
