Buhari facilitates construction of 40-bed hospital in Okeho


The Senator representing Oyo North Senatorial District at the Red Chamber of National Assembly, Dr Fatai Buhari has facilitated a federal hospital to Okeho, Kajola Local Government Area of Oyo State, while its official foundation was laid on Saturday, October 23.

The epochal occasion of the official foundation laying of the federal hospital at A.U.D Grammar School along Isemi-Ile road, Okeho took place on Saturday, October 23 with the presence of royal fathers, political dignitaries, and community leaders among others.


The building of the edifice is expected to be done within 3 months; its commissioning would take place in December 2021.

Senator Buhari who was represented by the chieftain of APC in Kajola, Hon. Isiaka Salami Obe said the senator would do everything in his power and capacity to ensure that the project is completed as anticipated.

The Onjo of Okeho, Oba Rafiu Osuolale and Onisemi of Isemi-Ile, Oba Kazeem Mustapha laid the foundation of the federal hospital and prayed that the project will be speedily completed.

The official foundation laying of the federal hospital was attended by the royal fathers, APC dignitaries, political leaders and community members and leaders among others.
