Family seeks public assistance to give dedicated provider a second chance at life

Tosin, who has been receiving treatment at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease associated with hypertension and is in need of a kidney transplant.
According to medical verification issued by the hospital, Tosin is a known patient of the Nephrology Unit and is currently receiving special medications and supportive therapies. The hospital has also confirmed that he is a candidate for kidney transplantation, with the cost of dialysis, pre-transplant evaluation, surgery and post-transplant medication described as substantial.
His family is seeking to raise ₦60 million to cover the cost of the kidney transplant, medications, hospital bills, travel and accommodation, as well as other related expenses.
Described by his family as a dedicated husband and father of two, Tosin has spent years working hard to provide for his family and contribute to his community. He is now fighting for his life and needs help to undergo a kidney transplant.”
His family says the financial burden of managing kidney failure has become overwhelming, with the cost of ongoing treatment placing immense pressure on their resources.
The family is appealing to individuals, corporate organizations, faith-based groups, government agencies, philanthropists and the general public to support the fundraising campaign.
