As part of the responsibilities and oversight activities of a lawmaker, Hon. Jacob Bamigboye, the lawmaker representing Oriire State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, on Monday presented some furniture to the Teaching Service Commission, TESCOM Zonal office in Ogbomoso.
Bamigboye, while speaking, said that the gesture was borne out of the passion he has for teaching and education.
He added that, with the roles of TESCOM in education, it is imperative to provide a conducive working environment for TESCOM staff as it would go a long way in enabling them to give their best in the supervision and implementation of educational policies.
While receiving the items, the Head of Zone, Rev. S.O Adesina sincerely appreciated the gesture bestowed on the Zonal Office.
He said further that this was not the first time Bamigboye’s impacts would be felt by the office.
