Abadina College Students Shine Bright with Stellar JAMB UTME Results

Abadina College, University of Ibadan, has once again proven its academic excellence as its students posted outstanding performances in the 2025 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) UTME, earning praise across the education community in Oyo State and beyond.

With top scorers hitting the 300+ mark, the school’s remarkable results have placed it among the top-performing government secondary institutions in the state. These achievements reflect years of dedicated teaching, structured academic support, and a culture of excellence that Abadina College continues to uphold.

Speaking on the results, the Principal of Abadina College, Mrs Adegbaju, expressed immense pride: “Our students have not only met expectations—they’ve surpassed them. This level of performance is the result of hard work, consistency, dedication to academic excellence and support from our committed staff, parents and our Old Students’ Association, ACOSA.. We are incredibly proud of each student’s success. Abadina College remains committed to nurturing future leaders and setting even higher standards in academic achievement in Oyo State and Nigeria at large.”

Topping the list is Olagunju Kareem Okikiola, who scored an impressive score of 368, followed by Sanni Yussuf Akorede who scored 337 and John Chidiebere who scored 324. Others are Salaudeen Aliyah Motunrayo who scored 294; Oyetoro Taiwo 286 and Asaju Praise scored 266 and Adewale Fareedah who scored 265.

The school’s management also acknowledged the contributions of the parents, Schools Governing Board (SGB), the teachers and the Abadina College Old Students’ Association (ACOSA), whose strategic preparation workshops, mock exams, and mentoring sessions played a vital role in equipping the students for success.

The impressive JAMB results not only open doors for these bright young minds to pursue their tertiary education goals but also serve as an inspiration for aspiring students across the nation.  Abadina College continues to uphold its reputation for academic distinction, contributing significantly to human capital development in Oyo State and Nigeria.
