…diverts traffic to D- Finger
The E-Finger departure screening point at Murtala Mohammed International Airport, MMIA, Lagos has been temporarily closed to activities to carry out some routine maintenance on the screening machines.
In a statement, the General Manager, Public Affairs, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, Mrs. Henrietta Yakubu says, it has temporarily diverted all human and cargo movement to the D-Finger screening area until the maintenance and upgrade are completed.
Mrs. Yakubu says, the work is part of their maintenance and upgrade program and appealed to passengers and other airport users to bear with them, as the area will be reopened as soon as possible.
